During his distinguished career in construction management, Ron oversaw numerous high-profile commercial projects including several a multi-million-dollar developments at Johns Hopkins Hospital. As a Project Manager and Estimator with Washington, D.C. Local 100 Union, he demonstrated exceptional ability in coordinating complex initiatives, managing diverse teams, and optimizing resource allocation.
Ron's approach to leadership has been shaped by both his practical experience and formal education. While pursuing his business degree at Southern New Hampshire University, he developed a deep understanding of organizational management and strategic planning, complementing his hands-on expertise in project execution. His background in both commercial and residential construction has honed his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
In his current role, Ron leverages his diverse skill set to advance our organization's mission. His experience in managing large-scale projects translates directly to overseeing our nonprofit's initiatives, while his background in cost estimation and resource management ensures efficient use of donor funds and enables him to effectively seek appropriate grant opportunities. His creative problem-solving abilities and collaborative leadership style will be instrumental in expanding our organization's impact and developing sustainable programs that serve our community.
